Job Description

As a parent/foster parent/legal guardian supporting a child with emotional or behavioral challenges, life can be stressful and challenging. Family Partners have lived experience where they currently or have raised children with social/emotional challenges or other special needs. They can empathize with parental challenges and provide impartial support.

What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...

• Assist parent/caregiver with meeting the needs of the youth and meet one or more of the following purposes: Educating, Supporting, Coaching, Modeling, and Guiding

• Educating, Teaching the parent/caregiver how to navigate the child serving systems and processes

Requirements

Qualifications/Credentials

• Experience as a parent/legal guardian/foster parent of a youth with special needs, and preferably a youth with mental health needs

• Must possess a valid and clean MA driver's license
