FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/PA Spanish speaking skills are preferred but not required Licensure: Hold a valid license in the State of Indiana Current DEA licensure / Prescriptive Authority post-hire Certification: Nurse Practitioner certification from either the ANCC / AANP or Physician Assistant certification from NCCPA Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) Experience: 2 years of clinical experience as an NP/PA in the primary care setting Previous experience working in a Community Health Center is preferred but not required Interested in hearing more?
