Marathon Health is seeking a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to treat and work with the employees and families at their near-site corporate health and wellness center in Fort Morgan, CO.

This is a 24 hour per week position. No on-call or weekends. We offer excellent salary and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, HSA, malpractice, CME assistance, life and disability, paid time off and holidays.

The Family Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing primary care services, conducting onsite health risk assessments, providing wellness education, supporting individual lifestyle changes, and helping individuals manage their chronic conditions.

The position may also be responsible for the oversight of the care delivered by the medical staff within the Marathon Health Center. Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the center's staff is a key ingredient to success in this position.


  • Minimum 2 years' experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner within a primary care/family practice setting

  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience

  • Current and unrestricted state licensure

  • Qualified applicants should believe in making a difference and believe in quality decisions, great communication, collaboration, and instilling trust to lead a great wellness program

Yearly volumes for the Emergency Department are around 7,758 annually and admit nearly 800 patients to our inpatients setting each year. We look for candidates with strong teamwork, collaboration, flexibility, and an attitude for doing what is needed for our patients.</p><p>As an Emergency Department RN at St. Elizabeth Hospital you will assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient. <br><br> Promotes the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
