Our Client is based in Fitchburg, MA and is a financially stable federally qualified health center founded in 2002. Our client currently has four active locations.

The Company: Our client is a multispecialty primary health care organization. They offer a wide range of services and care for individuals and families of all ages and incomes. They take passion in prioritizing overall quality care to their patients in the community.

The Position: Our Client is looking for an experience Family Nurse Practitioner to join their rapidly growing team in Leominster, MA that are eager and excited about the industry. They are offering a salary range of $95,000-$120,000 based on experience.

  • Student Loan Repayment ($50,000 For a Two-Year Commitment)

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Nursing
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • Active Massachusetts NP License
  • 1-3 Years of Experience Working in The Field.
  • Strong Background in Community Health is Preferred
  • Comfortable Working With Patients of All Ages

Responsibilities:

  • Monday Friday 8:00 5:00 (Potentially a Rotating Saturday Morning Shift)
  • 100% Outpatient - 21 Patients a Day
  • Assesses patient's physical and psychosocial health/illness status through history taking and physical examination.
  • Practices within the collaborative model with physicians, nurse practitioners and clinical psychologists
  • Diagnoses, manages, and appropriately refers patients with acute, episodic, or chronic illness according to department protocols.
  • Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions.

Under the direction of the Medical Director, the Family Practice Physician provides comprehensive and continuous primary care to a panel of patients.
