Family Nurse Practitioner - Mobile Unit

About Us:
Our team provides comprehensive healthcare services to the underserved population in Polk, Highlands, and Hardee counties. Our services include primary medical and dental care, pediatrics, obstetrics, and gynecology. In addition, we provide lab and x-ray services at many of our locations and pharmacy services at 6 of our locations!

Family Nurse Practitioner Compensation Package:

• Up to $110,000 (Based on Experience)

Requirements:

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult APRN 
• ANCC and /or AANP Certification
• Bilingual Preferred but not Required
• Current Florida License Required
• 1+ Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

• Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM 
• Working on the Mobile Unit in the Local Community
• No Nights or Weekends
• Facilitate needed referrals, including social services for patients requiring services
• Participate in staff outreach and off-site health care programs requiring Family Medicine services as requested by the CMO or CEO
• Provide necessary information and signatures for participation in reimbursement arrangements, such as Medicare, Medicaid, and other plans.
• Review incoming reports (lab, x-ray, EKG, etc), sign-off, and follow up when indicated.
