We are looking for a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our leading Family Health Practice in Maricopa. Our practice is recognized for its innovative approach to healthcare, outstanding management, and solid financial health, providing a supportive and progressive environment for both experienced practitioners and new graduates.

Salary and Benefits

• Annual Salary:$130,000
• Health Insurance: 100% employer-covered
• Dental and Vision Insurance: Available

• Student Loan Repayment: Eligibility up to $110,000
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 4 weeks
• Sick Leave: 96 hours

Responsibilities

• Setting: Outpatient
• Duties: Provide comprehensive, empathetic care, ensure accurate clinical documentation, and make independent decisions in patient care, supported by a full staff

Requirements

• Qualifications: Open to new graduates; preference for those with ambulatory primary care experience
• Skills: Compassionate care, excellent communication skills
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Arizona state license
