The practice allows their physicians to work their own schedules and many choose to work a 4-day work week. The group operates independently under centralized management. As a result, new members are treated as full partners from day 1.

The position is outpatient only and the incoming physician can expect to inherit a thriving practice with generous compensation and full benefits.
