Cooley Dickinson Medical Group is excited to grow our practice with a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving practice in Northampton, MA. Cooley Dickinson Medical Group's Northampton Family Medicine is an award-winning family practice where providers are dedicated to advancing the health of individuals and families with compassionate, comprehensive primary care. Our five physicians are board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, and our practice is complemented by three experienced advanced practice providers.

Located at Cooley Dickinson's Atwood Health Center, the practice shares a spacious facility with or is adjacent to many other Cooley Dickinson services, for a one-stop health and wellness destination including OBGYN, the Diabetes Center, Infectious Diseases, General Surgical Care, Hampshire Cardiovascular Associates, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, Neurology, Podiatry, Spine Medicine, Integrated Behavioral Health, plus a lab/patient service center, Radiology & Imaging and Rehabilitation Services. Compensation:

For a 1.0 FTE, this role has an annualize base compensation of $247,000 (guaranteed for years 1 & 2, then productivity-based) plus bonuses related to sign-on and retention.

About the organization:

The Cooley Dickinson Hospital system, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham, has a medical staff of approximately 500 active members (physicians and advanced practice clinicians). The system is comprised of the Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Cooley Dickinson Medical Group, as well as a VNA and Hospice.
