Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Bakersfield, CA

Join our team at state-of-the-art clinics located in Bakersfield, CA, where our services are most needed. Our patient-centered model of care prioritizes quality over quantity, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention, comprehensive care, and ample time with their healthcare provider. Salary and Benefits:

• Base salary of $260,000-$280,000 plus a 10% bonus based on performance.
• Newly built, state-of-the-art clinics equipped with modern technology.
• 100% outpatient setting
• Supportive care team to assist providers in delivering outstanding patient care.
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided.

• $3,000 for CME / 5 Days Off
• Five weeks of paid time off (PTO)

Responsibilities:

• Opportunity to see 500-600 patients annually, with an average of 12-15 patients per day
• Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (4 x 10s)
• Utilization of cloud-based electronic health record and technology

Qualifications:

• Board-certified Family Medicine Physician
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care outpatient setting
• Must be comfortable providing Women’s Health visits
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care and contributing to the growth of a dynamic organization
