Family Medicine Physician needed in Willimantic, CT.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Scale: $220,375 - $240,875
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• Bilingual Stipend (for verified Spanish language fluency): $5,000
• $3,300 Relocation Stipend Available
• Health Insurance – Employers Pays 87% ($51.89 Per Pay Period)
• Dental Insurance - $3.48 Per Pay Period
• Vision Insurance - $0.79 Per Pay Period
• Malpractice Insurance
• Retirement Package – 401(K) with 3% Match
• Student Loan Repayment- Eligible for $50,000 - $100,000
• Paid Time Off (5 Weeks)

• CME courses and 4 days off per year with $1,500 in CME funds

Responsibilities

• Monday- Friday (7:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
• “Cradle to grave” primary care services, pediatric services, prenatal care and women’s health

Requirements

• Experience in Ambulatory primary care setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clear and active M.D. or D.O. license in Connecticut
• Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician residency trained from an accredited institution
• Eligibility for Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses
