FAMILY PRACTICE PHYSICIAN
Ascension St Vincent's Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a board-certified/ board-eligible Family Practice physician to support the expansion of our Primary Care network. The goal is to provide exceptional care for patients across the full continuum of health care settings in the system. What You Will Need
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Florida Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required
