Internal Medicine- 1 physician * Family Medicine- 3 physicians, 3 NPs, 1 PA* Geriatrics- 3 physicians, 6 NPs (3 NPs support nursing homes and patients in the community)* Pediatrics- 5 physicians * Clinic also has its own social worker, pharmacist, chronic disease coordinator and outpatient complex care manager * Support staff is fantastic, caring, mission-oriented.
