We are seeking a Paralegal to join our team While we are looking for someone that is passionate and has experience in assisting families going through the divorce process, we are willing to hire and train individuals with a solid background in civil litigation as long as you are willing to learn and work hard. We want someone who brings positivity and a smile to work every day. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with great communication and people skills.

Our paralegals are actively involved in our cases. From managing deadlines to completing tasks independently, we want someone who has the desire to directly impact our clients’ lives. Business Professional Dress on a daily basis is required for this position.

About You: Passion for helping people going through divorce or other complex legal issues. We prefer individuals that understand how emotional navigating the legal process can be for clients.

Maybe you have gone through a tough legal issue. Maybe your parents were divorced. We want people who can empathize with what our clients are going through.

You’re professional, upbeat, and thrive in a client-facing role. You excel at keeping things organized and moving efficiently, even when juggling multiple tasks. You're a team player who can jump from one task to another seamlessly thanks to the structured systems and templates we have in place.

Your customer-centric approach is at the core of everything you do. You are willing to learn, grow, and improve from working with some of the best attorneys in Central Florida. Key Responsibilities:

Work with and be supervised by forward thinking and experienced attorneys that care about your growth and development Drafting letters and documents Managing spreadsheets, and maintaining an organized calendar Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google products (Sheets) Meet with Clients Scheduling telephone conferences and meetings Scheduling hearings, mediations, and other court events Performing other duties as assigned Preferred Skills & Experience: A client-first attitude, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful and professional. Family Law experience is a plus.

We are seeking someone eager to learn and grow in the role. Familiarity with client management software such as Clio is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
