This individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our attorneys, helping our clients navigate through complex family law matters including divorce, custody, alimony, and child support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, exceptional case management skills, and a proven track record of preparing legal documents with precision and care. Assisting attorneys in the preparation and filing of all court documents. 2.

Efficiently managing and organizing a substantial case load. 3. Conducting client interviews and maintaining general contact with the client, ensuring they are kept informed about the status of their case. 4. Drafting legal documents including petitions, pleadings, motions, and agreements related to family law. 5.

Conducting legal research and preparing legal memorandums. 6. Coordinating and scheduling court dates and appointments. 7. Maintaining accurate case files and records, ensuring all relevant information is readily accessible. 8.

Assisting in the preparation for trials, hearings, and mediations. 9. Liaising with court officials, attorneys, and service providers. Qualifications: The successful candidate for the Family Law Paralegal position will possess the following qualifications: 1.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in the field of Family Law. 2. A Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent. 3. Proficiency in case management software and other legal technologies. 4.

Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage a substantial case load. 5. Extensive experience in preparing and filing legal documents, with a strong attention to detail. 6. Strong research and report-generating skills. 7.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, attorneys, and court officials. 8.

A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professional integrity. 9. The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
