Family Law Attorney

Our client is hiring a family law attorney with 1-6 years of experience. Those with civil litigation, but no family law experience, will be considered and encouraged to apply.

Be prepared to expand your litigation attorney career by handling hearings, trials and depositions. Must manage multiple cases with deadlines and competing priorities.

Responsibilities- Family Law Attorney

Attorney responsibilities will include all aspects of a client’s case, including communicating with clients, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for and attendance at hearings, depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.

Florida Bar license required. Litigation experience required. Family law preferred.
