As a reputable legal industry leader, they offer a challenging, dynamic, and collaborative work environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation with a primary focus in family law. Responsibilities: Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal issues related to family law matters Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients Attend depositions and mediations Manage a docket of approximately 40-60 cases Maintain accurate and detailed case files and records Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree Active license to practice law in the state of Texas 2 or more years of family law experience - will consider all levels Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Interested in hearing more?
