Nurse Practitioner & Family & Internal Medicine -

Job Summary
Direct hire opportunity for a full time MD or NP opportunity available. The MD/NP will assist primary care providers and other nursing personnel in the delivery of primary health care and patient care.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Assess, plan and provide care. Perform patient examinations, compile appropriate patient information and documentation. Review patient reports and make appropriate recommendations and refill medications.
Hours are Monday - Friday with Saturday rotation with 9 other providers

Qualifications Education:
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Program, including preceptorship required.
Experience: One to three years experience preferred. Additional experience may be required for some specialties. Licensure/Certification: Current state Licensed MD/NP, DEA license licensure required. BLS certification required. Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
Other: Eligible for prescriptive authority in accordance with State regulations and as authorized by the Virginia Boards of Nursing and Medicine. Capable of meeting credentialing or job function requirements as needed based on the requirements of the practice and of managed care payors and insurers. Qualifies for malpractice insurance and is accepted by Center's malpractice insurance carrier. Able to work collaboratively with physicians and other health care providers. Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills. Computer literacy required for automated computer systems, including electronic medical records. Developer Sr / Advisor This role is posted as a job family. The title and compensation will be dependent on candidate's experience Responsible for programming on specific application subsets of the company's application portfolio, participating in all phases of the development and maintenance life cycle, typically for an assigned business unit, client program, or corporate department and utilizing various customer technology platforms. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: * Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements. Collaborates with engineers and graphic designers, analyzes and classifies complex change request and reviews and evaluates possible enhancements. * Works with development team to develop and define application scope and objectives and prepare functional and/or technical specifications. * Analyzes and evaluates detailed business and technical requirements. Codes and maintains complex components of information systems. * Mentors others on coding standards and performs code reviews. * Develops and performs system testing and fixes defects identified during testing and re-executes unit tests to validate results. * Aids in integrating activities with other IT departments for successful implementation and support of project efforts. * Provides on call support and monitors the system and identifies system deficiencies. * Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements and leads requirements gathering meetings. * Owns the change request process and may coordinate with other teams as necessary. * Develops and owns list of final enhancements. * Develops and defines application scope and objectives and prepares technical and/or functional specifications from with programs will be written. * Performs technical design reviews and code reviews. * Ensures unit test is completed and meets the test plan requirements, system testing is completed and system is implemented according to plan Developer Sr: Requires BA/BS degree or technical institute training; 3+ years' experience on one platform, multi database, multi-language or multi business application, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Incumbent should also have the ability to mentor others, lead small projects and provide troubleshooting support. Developer Advisor: Requires BA/BS degree in related field or technical institute training; 5 or more years related experience; multi platform experience; , expert level experience with business and technical applications, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Incumbent should also have the ability to mentor others, lead multiple small projects and provide troubleshooting support. Multi dimensional required. Multi database and/or multi language preferred.
