As a Center Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the FEC operates smoothly and efficiently. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, execute on our birthday parties, and implement operational processes that attract and retain guests.

Successful Store Managers lead by example and uphold the highest standards in customer service. If you’re knowledgeable about store operations and have a passion for customer service, and available to work on weekends we want to hear from you Responsibilities Greet and serve our customers with a smile Lead and manage our party hosts(majority are high school students) in tactics to attract and retain guests Plan and execute birthday parties and events Maintain information in the point of sale system Manage cash and other forms of payments Manage store inventory Qualifications Availability to work on weekends - This is a Must Three years of previous retail management (Manager or Assistant Manager) is preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills Excellent team building and leadership skills Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or relevant field is preferred
