Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success working with family enterprises or family offices as well as experience with industry leading practices among family offices.

Possessing experience with leveraging Microsoft tools as well as visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. to create client reports and deliverables.

Possessing experience within asset and wealth management operations, accounting, finance and/or tax.

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs within professional services consulting firms, including the following areas:

  • Applying specialization to develop methodologies or solutions to address client needs;

  • Sharing innovative engagement solutions via the firm's knowledge management systems;

  • Reinforcing firm compliance requirements and applying to client engagements;

  • Creating and managing a full implementation plan;

  • Deepening and broadening business know-how by knowing how it is changing and why this matters in order to articulate a relevant point of view;

Creates a welcoming and engaging environment as the first point of entry for NorthCare and initial engagement in services at NorthCare. Provides recovery-focused case management, crisis diversion and rehab services to meet the needs of those seeking services, or assigned to case load. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited too): Provides 55% of time in direct consumer service. Part time limited to 29 hours per week. Provides services that are welcoming, engaging and accessible. These services are recovery focused, strengths based, culturally competent, consumer centered, and co-occurring capable. Works as part of treatment team to meet the needs of the consumer in a timely and thorough manner. Interacts with consumers in a respectful, genuine and professional manner. Provides initial triage and assessment by phone or in person to persons seeking services which includes gathering of information about the symptoms, behaviors, functioning, history, needs and preferences to assist in decision-making process. Facilitates referral of consumers into the appropriate agency program(s) or to another community provider. Obtains the necessary releases and consents and advises the consumers about their rights and responsibilities. Consults with other program staff, as needed, to facilitate referrals. Completes fee agreements and necessary documentation associated with the fee agreement paperwork. Becomes knowledgeable of types of insurances, verification and different contracts within the agency. Schedules intake and medication clinic appointments for consumers referred into the agency. Makes follow up calls to engage the consumer and facilitate their recovery process. Completes discharge paperwork as required by agency policies. Provides case management services for consumers, assisting them in obtaining needed benefits and resources, including, but not limited to, housing, employment, medical, recreation, social and family supports, nutritional information and medication. Establishes linkage with inpatient treatment teams and provides support services to consumers who are hospitalized and being discharged from hospitalizations. Must be knowledgeable of community resources and maintain positive working relationships with other agencies. Contacts all consumers on case load at least once a month to monitor progress toward goals and objectives, determine needed resources and assistance, and to provide support and encouragement in the recovery process. Provides transportation as required to various sites in the community. Helps the consumer to recognize and utilize their own strengths, skills, talents, and abilities to increase independence and self-sufficiency in the community. Facilitates development and/or maintenance of relationships with family, friends, neighbors and significant others in the community. Provides individual rehab and teaches educational, recovery-focused rehab classes to improve the skills and abilities of the consumers to live interdependently in the community, improve self care and social skills, and to promote lifestyle change and recovery practices. Assists the consumer in the acquisition, development and maintenance of vocational skills as well as vocational opportunities as appropriate. Participates in weekly program meeting. Initiates and/or participates in treatment team staffing meetings as appropriate. Maintains appropriate staffing documentation. Assists consumers with the development of their treatment and recovery plan, and coordinates involvement in services. Under the close supervision of the Supervisor and other management staff and/or with the assistance of an LBHP Clinician, provides crisis management services. This may include face-to-face or telephone interviewing of the consumer; assessment of a consumers lethality to self or others; assessment of a consumers available support systems; and assistance in arranging for appropriate intervention, including hospitalization. In the cases where a potential for harm exists, will consult with management staff or available therapist to develop a safety plan with the consumer. Maintains clinical records in a timely manner, as required by agency policy, funding sources and accreditation authorities. Completes all required forms and maintains same in a manner consistent with requirements. Knowledgeable regarding: NorthCares electronic record system and public folders; ODMHSAS Services manual, contract requirements, and benchmarks; National Outcome Measures (NOMS), Medicaid rules and regulations. Return phone calls and pages promptly and checks and respond to email daily. Participates in trainings/workshops related to triage, assessment, crisis intervention, case management and in expanding knowledge base in recovery focused mental health services and substance abuse services. Completes all required courses with NetSmart University. Maintains professional competency in the area under his/her responsibility through appropriate readings, attendance at workshops and conferences, and through consultation with other professionals. Employee will comply with all requirements to maintain professional certification. Performs other duties as required and/or assigned by Supervisor, Program Manager, Director and/or Executive Staff. Must display proficiency in the MS Word processing software and intermediate general computer skills. Local travel is required. Must possess and provide verification of current automobile liability insurance including uninsured motorist coverage. Employee must be able to move about the facility freely and be able to sit for extended periods. Must have current (within last year) TB test, or obtain within first 30 days of employment. Must possess and maintain current certification in CPR, First Aid, and CAPE; or obtain within 30 days of employment with NorthCare if required by Clinical Director. Employee must possess or obtain Core Level Co-Occurring Training and Trauma Informed Training via NetSmart University within 30 days of employment with NorthCare.
