As a Family Development Specialist, you would:

Keep all Foster Parent files in 100% compliance.

Set your schedule in collaboration with the team. Generally, we work 40+ hours a week based on the availability of the families we serve. There may be times when you may need to work until 8pm or later. Your supervisor will work with you to flex time as needed.
Based out of home office with regular community outreach.
Regular scheduled Colorado team calls weekly, with occasional travel to Northern Colorado.
