Job Description Job Description Position Purpose The Family Advocate performs advanced service planning and case management; provides quality and comprehensive child/family support services; assists families with the development of their Family Partnership Agreement; and helps connect families to the services and supports they need to achieve their individual and family goals. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, preferred. Four (4) years' experience in case management, or equivalent experience and training. Experience working closely with individuals and families and the demonstrated ability to relate to all families on a professional level.
Knowledge of written and spoken conversational Spanish preferred. Must obtain a physical and TB skin test, must pass all criminal history background checks and E-Verify. Valid Driver's License, proof of current auto insurance and access to transportation.
