How you'll make an impact:

SXM Media is looking for an Ad Ops Specialist Intern who will be a key contributor on the Ad Technology Operations team. The right individual will provide day-to-day technical and operational project support to our Client Services, Technical Ad Operations, and other various internal teams.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the Ad Ops Specialist, Ad Ops Technology, Client Services, and other cross-functional teams to execute a technically driven project, test, provide recommendations, improve feature functionality, and contribute to our overall operations processes.

  • Perform an inventory of our project-relevant wikis, categorize the information, and then proceed with documentation, resource review, and archiving.

  • Provide support & resource documentation [such as user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting tips] to various internal teams.

  • Communicate technical issues (both verbal and written) in a manner that is easy for a non-technical audience to understand

  • Provide day-to-day support for the Ad Technology Operations team

What you'll need:

  • Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by September 2025 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Experience developing user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML5 and CSS3

  • Experience with Mac Terminal or Windows/Command Prompt Terminal

  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Experience working with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence) a plus

  • UI/UX experience

  • Bitbucket experience nice to have

  • Proficiency with common productivity tools and willingness to learn internal Pandora products, systems and tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels

  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects

  • Basic project management skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and strong organization.

  • Comfort and experience with quickly evolving ad technologies preferred

  • Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

  • You must be 18 years of age or older

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be $37-43/hr and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
