What We Offer
Undergraduate students: $23.00/hour
Graduate students: $28.00/hour
Ph.D./JD students: $36.00/hour

Role Summary
The Office of the Investor Advocate (OIAD) leads the PCAOB's efforts to lead its engagement with investors and investor advocates. The PCAOB's OIAD has an intern position available. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain a broad overview of support all aspects of OIAD's work by assisting with a wide range of projects, including conducting preliminary economic and legal research and analysis, and planning for various investor conferences.
Responsibilities
Conduct economic and legal research to support OIAD work
Assist with planning for OIAD related meetings and events
Assist with preparing responses to inquiries from external parties
Perform other duties and special projects as needed
Qualifications
Education/Technical Expertise
Master's level college student or current enrollment at an accredited law school
An interest in advancing investor protection and the public interest
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to organize and meet deadlines
Willingness to work as a team member
Ability to be flexible, work independently and be self-motivated
Dependability a must
