Position Overview:

As a Faculty in Engineering Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the education and professional development of our students. You will have the opportunity to deliver engaging lectures, lead hands-on projects, and mentor students in their academic and career pursuits. Additionally, you will contribute to curriculum development, research initiatives, and industry collaborations to ensure our programs remain relevant and impactful.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach courses in engineering management, project management, and basic courses in Engineering, and related topics at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

  • Develop and deliver innovative and interactive instructional materials, including lectures, labs, and projects, to engage students and enhance their learning experience.

  • Provide mentorship and academic advising to students, guiding them in their academic and career goals.

  • Collaborate with colleagues within the Faculty of Engineering and across disciplines to promote academic initiatives.

  • Engage with industry partners to identify emerging trends and best practices in engineering management and incorporate them into curriculum development and research projects.

  • Participate in departmental and university service activities, including committee work, accreditation efforts, and outreach events.

Qualifications:

  • S. in engineering management, industrial engineering, operations research, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated expertise in engineering management principles, including project management, decision analysis, optimization, and systems engineering.

  • Prior teaching experience at the university level, with a passion for excellence in education and student mentorship.

  • At least five years of industrial experience is preferred,

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative academic environment.
