Fellowship House is a behavioral health organization serving adults experiencing severe and persistent mental illness.

We are actively seeking 2-3 full-time Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work with our Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team. There is preference for those who possess a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Certification (PMH-BC). Our accredited FACT Team works collaboratively to provide wrap around, community based behavioral health services using a multi-disciplinary team approach.

Requirements:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Florida with preference for nurses with a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Certification (PMH-BC).

Check out some of the position's critical responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with a Team of mental health professionals to serve a caseload of individuals diagnosed with psychiatric disabilities

Manage the medication system

Administer and document medication treatment

Screen and monitor FACT participants for medical problems/side effects

Communicate/coordinate services with other medical providers

Engage in health promotion, prevention and education activities

Educate other FACT Team members on monitoring psychiatric symptoms and medication side effects

Help develop strategies to maximize participants taking medications as prescribed

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
