Facility/Dock Operations Associate

Department Summary

Our Facilities team oversees the offices we call home. They ensure our teams can connect, collaborate and innovate in a space built to support their success. From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company's well-oiled onsite operation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct both routine and immediate maintenance pertaining to internal/external facility operations

• Respond to facility/employee work orders

• Snow removal

• Furniture construction/delivery

• Equipment maintenance /operation

• Preventative maintenance implementation

• Inventory/organization

• Process inbound and outbound parcels and freight shipments

• Create employee badges and follow access approval protocol

• Coordinate internal mail and package pickups for employees

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous dock operations experience preferred but not required

• Previous facility maintenance experience preferred

• Drivers license

• Drug screening

• DMV record verification

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $20.00/Hour - $22.74/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
