Job Summary:
Under general supervision, complete various facilities maintenance duties. Duties include, but are not limited to minor repairs, preventative maintenance, compliance inspections, monitoring building automation systems, and cleanliness of mechanical areas.
Essential Job Duties:
Minor facility repairs such as light bulbs, ceiling tiles, doors, paint, and light carpentry.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance as required by our scheduled maintenance programs.
Complete safety and compliance inspections as required, completing all required documentation
Completion of safety, compliance, and skills training as required.
Monitor the building automation system used to manage climate control and building ventilation. Make necessary adjustments and identify when system repairs/services are needed.
Maintain cleanliness and order of common areas such as shops, mechanical rooms, and grounds.
Assist other team members as needed to meet client needs.
Assist with the acquisition of materials and supplies needed to perform maintenance tasks.
Use of our maintenance tracking system to request, manage, and document work.
Work with facility management to ensure completion of all special project work as assigned.
May require additional work consisting of overtime and/or call-ins.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Education and Experience:
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Minimum 2 years related work experience or trade school training.
General computer knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be dedicated to the highest quality and customer satisfaction.
Excellent written and oral skills.
