Facility Technician II Office Location: 601 First Street NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504 (travel limited to downtown Grand Rapids, MI) Position Classification: Full-Time Regular About This Opportunity As a Facilities Technician II at Rockford Construction, you will undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of Rockford Constructions commercial and residential properties.

A Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines at all times and successfully complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition while mentoring and assisting the other Technicians.
