KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS will include the following:
Manage daily loading/unloading operations at the facility with primary emphasis on Environmental, Safety, and Regulatory compliance
Develop and implement procedures that emphasize continuous improvement
Create work schedule for Rail Operators at the facility
Hire, train and develop employees to safely and efficiently operate all equipment
Complete all CBT's
Work alongside ESR, HR, and other departments within Crestwood as needed
Manage all daily, weekly and/or monthly reports as needed
Attend all safety meetings and training as required
Point of contact for Crestwood's Marketing team at the facility
Maintain relationships with local compliance officers and manage regulatory guidelines
Assurance compliance w/ RMP and PSM

Should have at least 7 years of specific work experience
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor degree preferred.
Meet all FR requirements.
Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.
Must be able to work 12-hour shifts with a 4 day on and 4 day off schedule.
Must be detail oriented, self-starter and able to work with little supervision while maintaining goals/tasks.
Should have good PC skills to include all MS Office products.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with staff, management, customers and vendors.

Hearing, seeing ability of rapid mental coordination. It is required to be available and mentally alert for entire regular shifts/schedules.
This position will typically work in a climate control office environment.
