Responsibilities:

  • Participate and complete comprehensive sales training to learn our business by shadowing other employees, attending sales meetings, and assisting in the sales process for select accounts

  • Generate and grow new business by successfully executing on a sales plan

  • Conduct competitive market analysis, research potential customers and prospect in assigned sales territory

  • Prepare for client appointments by executing client research and leveraging available resources

  • Research potential customers and assist in generating sales leads

  • Assist in presenting Aramark's product solutions including First Aid Solutions, Restroom Supplies and Direct Sales of Uniforms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum one year business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation

  • Geographic territory sales experience a plus

  • Demonstrated understanding of consultative selling skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • A valid driver's license

  • Successful completion of Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks

VIEW JOBS 9/23/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-12-22T00:00 Commercial Underwriter The Commercial Banking Underwriting Program provides a structured learning opportunity for individuals ('Underwriters') to learn and develop technical underwriting skills. Underwriters participate in an approximately 18 -- 24-month training program, which includes an orientation, formal underwriting training, and a formal mentorship with an Underwriting Officer. Underwriters complete evaluation and documentation of the loan requests for assigned LOBs (Lines of Business); own deal analyses and execute workflow according to established SLAs (Service Level Agreements); assist in the on-going monitoring of the credit exposure for assigned relationships, including renewals, reaffirmations and annual risk ratings. Position Competencies Successful incumbents possess strong analytical, time management, verbal and written communication skills, are accountable and have strong data management capabilities. Position Responsibilities: Analysis of loan package for loan modifications * Prepares and updates appropriate RECAP documentation with guidance from MCU (Manager Credit Underwriting). * Prepares basic collateral charts, cash flows, risk ratings and other attachments. * Provides basic industry analysis. Identifies policy exceptions and works with MCU/RM (Relationship Manager) to mitigate them. * Identifies and analyzes inconsistencies and inaccuracies in customer data, including spreads, aging's, projections and other financial documents. * Develops basic analytical narrative and commentary on the request. * Evaluates strengths and weaknesses of the credit and escalates risks and other issues to MCU and/or RM or PM (Portfolio Manager). * Assists RM/PM with contacting customers to obtain answers for loan analyses and recommend loan structures and covenants. * Prepares risk rating with guidance from MCU. Administration * Monitors loan covenants and tracking on simple transactions in conjunction with CSC (Credit Support Center) support team for assigned relationships. * Shares responsibility with Credit Specialists for performing OFAC checks and identifying issues. * Investigates title searches, surveys and UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) searches as requested by MCU or RM/PM. Process Sustainability * Adheres to department procedures for workload management. * Strives to meet or exceed SLA, or when not possible, communicate to MCU and RM/PM. * Ensures appropriate RECAP formats/attachments are used in accordance with approved process & procedures. * Other duties as assigned.
