Job Summary: Manages Refurbish / Remodel program for multiple Regions and Marketing groups. Responsible for pragmatic design solutions of minor remodel projects that support the needs of all H-E-B store / retail environments.
Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Develops -programming- plan (work scope) for minor remodel / refurbish projects with appropriate stakeholders; corporate and regional merchants, design team, etc. for the overall planning and execution of projects.
Manages budgets and overall schedules for internal customers for -best value- solutions from fixture planning, exterior design and site design.
Coordinates with 3rd party consultants primarily from Design through Construction.
Documents and with in-house Construction team members for execution
Education and Experience preferred
Bachelor-s Degree in Architecture or related field or comparable experience.
5 years experience in store / retail space planning or architectural practice.
Working knowledge of building design and construction means and methods.
Intermediate knowledge of computer skills/MS Office (Excel, Power Point, AutoCad, etc).
