Position Summary
The Lead Facility Operations is responsible for overseeing the Operations department of their club in the delivery of Life Time's cleanliness standards. They provide leadership for the operations department in the fulfillment of Life Time's mission statement. This includes, but is not limited to, being responsible for all Fac Ops Team Members' ongoing training and scheduling, handling and overseeing the department's payroll budget and the recruiting/staffing and training.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education:
Years of Experience:
2 years of management experience
Building operations experience
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:
CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
Certified Pool Operations (CPO) license within 6 months of hire
Other:
Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
College degree in business, hospitality, or related field
Health and Fitness operations experience
Proficient Computer Skills with Microsoft Office
Background in the Military is beneficial
Pay
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $27.50 and pays up to $37.00, based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on business performance.
