Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Facility Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our multiple gym locations throughout the Carolinas region. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality, with a particular focus on maintaining our indoor and outdoor pool areas. The ideal candidate will hold a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification and possess a strong background in facility management within the fitness or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of multiple gym facilities, including oversight of maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols.

• Conduct regular inspections of pool areas to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.

• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades as needed.

• Train and supervise facility maintenance staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Monitor facility budgets and expenses to maintain cost-effective operations.

• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement strategic initiatives and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.

• Proven experience in facility management, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
