Facility Manager

Job Description Job Description Cypress Engine Accessories, a rapidly growing Industrial Engine Instrumentation, Controls and Service company is looking for a Facility Manager to help our company support the surrounding markets for our Midland, Texas location. The Facility Manager presides over inventory control, planning and shipping/receiving with a focus on best practices, quality and continuous improvement.

This position is also responsible for overall office management and operations' support, to include (but not limited to): Inside Sales, Field Service Project Management, Sales Transactions (processing internal and external customer requests), Asset Management, Customer Service, Outside Sales Support, etc. Job Responsibilities: Operations (Overall Office Organization:

Day-to-Day Operations, Invoicing, Sales Support, Customer Support, Branch-to-Branch Reporting/Communications, etc.) Maximizes Office Productivity through Proficient Use of Appropriate Software Applications (QuickBooks, CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Strong planning, organizational, analytical, communication and collaboration skills. Shipping/Receiving Responsibilities (Lifting required) Inventory Control & Reporting (Asset Management) Perform Additional Duties as Assigned Education and Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Bachelors degree a plus.

Minimum of 2 years Relevant Work Experience. Knowledge of natural gas engines and compressors a plus. Skills and Abilities:

Must be Detailed-Oriented, Highly Motivated and a Team-Player. Must be able to work in a Fast-paced Work Environment with the ability to Lead and make Sound Decisions .
