Position: Facility Manager

Location: Irondale, AL

Shift: Monday-Friday; 8am-4pm

Job Description:

The Facility Manager is responsible for the repair and maintenance of facilities, grounds, and agency vehicles to ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies, as well as ensuring a safe and clean environment for all Agency Services to be conducted.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, employee must pass a motor vehicle screening.

Must be 18 years of age or older and be able to pass a criminal background check. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to successfully complete required training which include approved CPR and First Aid, and Crisis Management.

An initial tuberculosis screening; Annual tuberculosis screening to be completed only if there has been known exposure or evidence of ongoing TB transmission. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Must be able to travel, as applicable with a valid, current driver's license.
