This position will be located at the Georgia National Guard Land Dominance Center - GGTC Billeting, located on Ft. Stewart.

Typical Responsibilities:

Performs routine maintenance on buildings, facilities and grounds.
Cleans and maintains assigned areas.
Performs routine repairs, preventative maintenance and inspection of the facilities or buildings.
Performs routine carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Operates hand tools and power cleaning equipment.
Moves furniture.
Assists housekeepers with laundry duties.
Monitors condition of facilities.
Maintains grounds, parking, and storage areas.
Maintains and stocks equipment and supplies as needed.
