DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Facility Maintenance Foreman, you will conduct a wide-range of supervisory duties such as providing detailed instruction regarding proper work methods and techniques to accurately interpret and complete work assignments. You will be responsible for supervising the maintenance and repair of all buildings in the trades of carpentry and painting, as well as other related fields such as electrical, masonry, painting, plaster/drywall, and plumbing. The ability to correctly read blueprints and follow project specifications is imperative. You must ensure that duties are consistently being completed in adherence to agency standards and safety regulations, in addition to maintaining occupational hazards and safety precautions of building maintenance and construction.
