Facility Director- Property Management- Base Salary to 110/year- Hinesville, GA
Our client, a business with over 100 years of history that deeply values the local community and fosters a culture of care, is seeking a Facility Director to oversee a large property in Hinesville, GA.
The Facility Director will oversee and manage the daily operations of the repair and maintenance functions for military housing within the community.
Responsibilities:
Manages oversight for various functions, including daily operations, financial reporting, employee training and development, and customer service for an assigned team of maintenance personnel.
Oversees regular physical property inspections on the assigned installation to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all assets.
Forecasts maintenance needs and institutes an effective time management program for all personnel to ensure resident satisfaction and project completion goals are met.
Attends and assists with events as needed.
Builds and develops a team of highly motivated, skilled, and productive professionals to drive company operational goals.
Partners with military executives and the project management team to audit and improve maintenance and repair initiatives and goals.
Monitors financial and operational findings for the property, collaborating with the Project Director and Community Manager/Director to ensure the maintenance team stays within budget and on task while delivering a high level of service.
Reviews and recommends changes to operational policies to improve overall business functionality.
Creates and communicates new maintenance policies and procedures, upon approval, to enhance customer service and employee safety, setting higher standards for the installation.
Oversees the company's safety, hazmat, environmental plans, and other initiatives at the assigned installation.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing facilities with a large scale of residential units Strong communication skills
Proficient in bid management, forecasting, budget preparation, and financial management
Advanced people management, leadership, and customer relations skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Working knowledge of local building codes and OSHA standards, including Hazmat, EPA, and Universal Waste protocols, preferred
