SAIC is looking for a Facility Data Manager to join our talented team in our Chantilly, VA office. The ideal candidate shall support the management the Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) contract and the actual assessments. He/She shall develop scope of work documentation, assist with project prioritization, and assist with strategic planning methodology for new major construction projects, facility recapitalization projects, and future direction planning.

Additional key responsibilities are:

  • Update quarterly master Facility Condition Index spreadsheet with the latest financial obligations. Update all internal products as required from recent assessments.

  • Periodically report to organizational budget office the total deferred maintenance.

  • Manage the enterprise plan to migrate assets into the larger communities' Builder instance. Coordinate Builder training sessions and update overall schedule.

  • Orchestrate the annual Facilities Data Call (FDC) for the enterprise.

  • Coordinate with Sites, Real Estate Center team, Infrastructure IT team, and Environmental Safety Office (ESO). Enter and validate the data in the enterprise IT tool.

  • Review the data files with the national community and make adjustments and corrections.

  • Orchestrate the biannual Facility Program Review (FPR) identifying issues and concerns from budget to outages.

  • Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders including ESO, Communications and mission operations activities.

  • Orchestrate the annual Facility Performance Plan (FPP) reviewing major projects throughout the enterprise.

  • Support Consolidated Facilities Priorities List (CFPL) budget drills throughout the year

  • Respond to Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) reports. Review and filter findings that pertain to facilities.

  • Coordinate Site responses with Infrastructure Resiliency Center team and customer senior leadership.

  • Coordinate with all stakeholders for customer Quarterly Program Review topics, charts etc.

  • Ad-hoc data requests and PowerPoint briefings for senior government leaders.

  • Support the established enterprise facilities forums.

  • Support Strategic Facility Master Plan Working Groups to develop and execute planning requirements, milestone tracking, data gathering and effort coordination, meeting facilitation and briefing preparation.

  • Provide technical assistance to the Lands & Structures and Congressional Notifications interaction with all Sites.

  • An active TS/SCI with Poly is required

  • Bachelor's Degree and 15 years' experience in DoD or IC facilities planning and programming activities.

  • Ability to work independently with little daily oversight.

  • Knowledge of Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) tools and methodologies.

  • Intimate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

VIEW JOBS 10/15/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-13T00:00 SAIC is looking to hire an Assistant Facility Manager, the first responder to internal and external requests involving building operations and equipment emergencies, serves as liaison between company employees and outside contractors called in to perform repairs and provide services. Job Responsibilities: * Initiates and responds to online work order requests using 360 or Corrigo online ticketing systems, which may require light maintenance and/or sourcing for appropriate vendor resolution. Resolves problems associated with all building services, which may include janitorial, food service, coffee services, parking, vending, badging, conference rooms, systems furniture/open-office seating as well as interior and exterior furnishings, fixtures and equipment. Communicates with customers/employees and responds personally to unresolved issues. * Schedules vendors to respond to service requests and preventative maintenance, provides escort, monitors and ensures vendor performance while onsite, and coordinates vendor activities with company employees to result in the least impact to employees and facility operations. * Completes work order requests, including but not limited to, troubleshooting and correcting audio-visual equipment problems, meeting room and special event set up and takedown, performing and coordinating employee and equipment moves. May receive, process and distribute, both incoming and outgoing mail and parcels. * Provides facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested, managing on-site contractors/vendors in the delivery, consolidation or expansion of space. * Responsible for building operations, employee and contractor work areas and office space, stocking and organizing printer/copier and pantry areas, preparing daily work orders for building services, periodic and quarterly statistical reporting, and providing leadership with feedback on building issues. * Serves as primary interface and liaison with property management. Qualifications: * Must currently possess an active TS/SCI clearance * Three (3) years facility management experience in a corporate or government environment * Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). * High school diploma or associates degree with relevant work experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable * Be self-directed, professional in appearance and demeanor, and capable of performing tasks with minimal supervision * Ability to manage multiple requests for service, simultaneously; and with the flexibility to respond * Strong customer service skills, communication, organizational and multitasking skills; and the ability to work with computers and programs such as MS Office Suite are a must * Embraces a team working environment * Ability to work flexible schedule and respond to facility for service calls, on a 24/7 basis * Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally between multiple sites as needed * Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
