OfficeTeam is seeking a Facility Coordinator for one of Irvine's largest technology firms! This is a permanent opportunity looking to start as soon as possible.
As the Facility Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting all departments within the organization with troubleshooting, set up and maintain Xerox equipment and handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages for multiple departments. The ideal Facility Coordinator is dedicated, experienced and are devoted to making their teams successful.
1 year of previous office assistant experience
Preferable to have FedEx and UPS experience but not required
