Directly manage resolve problems associated with 3rd party soft service providers including but not limited to janitorial, pest control, waste management, uniforms, and vending.
Interface with the site Property Manager to ensure acceptable service levels are maintained for services such as food service, landscaping, fitness center, and parking.
Maintain the site pest control log.
Manage the site security access/badge management program.
Assist in onboarding new employees as needed.
Support personnel and material moves.
Support budget and spend management and provide financial reporting as required.
Assist in vendor contract development and procure goods and services through JLL and Client systems.
Manage JLL and Client requisitions and POs and receipt invoices upon delivery or completion of work.
Ensure client satisfaction through leadership, responsiveness and creativity that develops and maintains a positive relationship.
Act as an interface with client, visitors and guests. Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and customer service focus.
Support requests associated with audits.
Assist Account Director with tactical planning for the facilities team's goals and objectives.
Utilize the site CMMS system and assist with the coordination, scheduling, receipt, and dispatch of maintenance activities to technical staff, vendors or other services providers.
Provide support for meetings and conference rooms as needed and directed.
Provide facility specific support and assistance as needed or requested.
Ensure delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with JLL performance.
Ensure appropriate follow up with customers.
Seek to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction.
Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers. as required, to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption, as needed.
Ensure all supply orders are placed in a timely manner and that building pantries are stocked daily.
Any and all other tasks and duties assigned.
Must be proficient in basic computer application software such as MS Office, Outlook, etc.
Financial acumen to manage budgets for projects and operations
Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
Ability to function effectively in a dynamic work environment
Excellent interpersonal skills; strong emphasis on customer service
Excellent verbal and written skills required
Must be able to adequately perform required job functions
