Facility Attendant Coordinator, Sports Core

Opportunity

Join our innovative team of well-being gurus and help our guests find a balanced, community-based approach to health.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Supervise Facility Attendants - this includes performance feedback, goal setting, training and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate communication.

• Assist in managing the department budget by providing data, reports, and documentation.

• Ensure all Facility Attendants are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles.

• Participate in management training sessions and outside educational opportunities.

• Serves in the capacity of Manager on Duty when scheduled.

• Help manage scheduling of team and forecasting of schedules.

• Be familiar with all cleaning procedures and products to ensure proper use of chemicals by team.

This is a Full Time opportunity. Shifts will vary from 2:00pm to 10:00pm or 12:00pm to 8:00pm, weekdays and weekends.

Skills/Requirements

• Facility maintenance/cleaning experience is preferred.

• Prior supervisory experience required.

• Prior customer service and computer experience a plus.

• Ideal candidate will possess strong, effective communication skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of personalities.

• Strong organizational skills required.
