Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in admissions, healthcare management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of mental health and addiction treatment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office software, and CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Empathy for individuals struggling with mental health and addiction issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the admissions process, ensuring timely and compassionate assistance for all prospective patients.
Supervise intake coordinators, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the admissions process and increase conversion rates.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all patient interactions in the CRM system.
Handle phone calls, emails, chats, and texts from prospective patients and referral sources.
Follow up with prospective patients as needed.
Identify and refer outpatient leads to the appropriate team members.
Provide regular reports and reviews to senior management.
Maintain knowledge of the services offered by Bradford Evolve Health Services.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in admissions and patient care.
Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Physical Demands:

Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
Finger and hand dexterity for using office equipment.
