Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in admissions, healthcare management, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of mental health and addiction treatment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office software, and CRM systems.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Empathy for individuals struggling with mental health and addiction issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the admissions process, ensuring timely and compassionate assistance for all prospective patients.

  • Supervise intake coordinators, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the admissions process and increase conversion rates.

  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all patient interactions in the CRM system.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, chats, and texts from prospective patients and referral sources.

  • Follow up with prospective patients as needed.

  • Identify and refer outpatient leads to the appropriate team members.

  • Provide regular reports and reviews to senior management.

  • Maintain knowledge of the services offered by Bradford Evolve Health Services.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in admissions and patient care.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Physical Demands:

  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.

  • Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.

  • Finger and hand dexterity for using office equipment.

  • Visual and hearing acuity essential.

  • Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.

  • Basic mathematical computation skills required.
