JOB SUMMARY Oversees and coordinates daily activities in new construction, renovations, routine maintenance, and preventative maintenance activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Briefs Maintenance Manager daily, relating facts, questions and other necessary information pertinent to the successful operation of the facilities department.
Coordinates with other departments for special projects, work requests, and work assignments. Supervises a designated crew in performance of daily work duties and assists as needed to insure timely completion.
Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers, fellow team members, vendors, and the general public.
Directly supervises shift team members in the Maintenance Department.
Other duties may be assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
1+year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENTS
Frequent standing, walking, use hands to handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Able to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
