Benefits: 403(b) matching 403(b) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance The primary function of the Facilities/Maintenance Coordinator is to assist the Director of Human Resources in ensuring LCH operates as an efficient and well-run organization with a focus on the bottom line, risk management, and safety. The Facilities Coordinator is a crucial role that includes deliberate intersection and collaboration with other business units within LCH.

Operations Provides support to LCH staff allowing them to optimally perform critical functions with consistency and efficiency in such areas as maintenance, equipment, supplies, and other support systems. Ensures LCH facilities operate with the highest standards of safety and reflect LCH’s commitment to quality and person-centered care. Troubleshooting and addressing issues regarding operational aspects of the facilities.

Monitors and oversees the work of external contractors and vendors. Safety Conducts regular workplace safety assessments to identify potential hazards and proactively implement risk reduction measures. Collaborates with Director of Operations on a variety of training and drills with staff (e.g., fire, intruder, health and safety, etc.) to ensure emergency procedures are in order, alarm systems are operational, and/or established procedures are effective. Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred Facilities/Maintenance experience required (minimum 5 years) Current knowledge of OSHA standards relating to workplace safety, fire safety, infection prevention, and environment of care Healthcare, public health, or non-profit experience preferred
