HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Let's Get Technical As you will be contributing to the technical improvements on site. We are looking to you to be in charge of the facility, equipment and production systems in support of our overall business goals.

  • Execute, Execute, Execute On a variety of things of budget, of projects, and of work. This means that you will be in charge of managing expense/capital budget. You will also be accountable for implementing projects within your assigned area, including delegating the work effectively across all of the plant services.

  • Be an Energy Leader What does that mean? Well, you will be responsible for championing energy efficiency on site through operations, leading energy saving projects, and tracking daily energy and water usage.

  • Stay Compliant Food safety is our #1 priority. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all regulations. This involves keeping the plant in proper sanitary condition at all times and keeping compliance with all food safety policies and procedures.
