What Will I Be Doing?
Responsible for ensuring that the property is in excellent condition for guest and associates. Under the direction of the Assistant Facilities Manager and Director of Facilities, you would be responsible for maintaining all equipment, systems and assist with the pool maintenance.
Work must be completed in a professional manner. Will be expected to work some day and some evenings shifts as needed for projects, business needs and public area attendant coverage.
What Experience is Needed to Be Successful?
It is ideal for you to have experience in a commercial high-rise, condo, hotel or resort operation. At a minimum, you must have general maintenance experience with experience in interior / exterior painting, power washing and other hand tools. It is imperative that you are able to multi-task with jobs and communicate on radio and guests and utilize technology to track project assignments and completions.
What are the Physical Requirements of the Job?
Majority of working hours are indoor work with some amount of hours outdoor. Position requires frequent standing, occasional kneeling and occasional climbing on ladders.
Position requires frequent walking, carrying and lifting of items weighing up to 65 pounds. Hazards of work are hazardous pool chemicals, heavy industrial machinery, electrical systems. Work in a busy environment with hotel guests and PRC owners.
