Facilities Technician II performs all aspects of maintenance for Funko Locations including utilities, packaging/fulfillment equipment, and the physical amenities. Identifies maintenance problems and performs repairs and general maintenance tasks as required.

What You'll Do

  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems

  • Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs

  • Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations

  • Monitor and supervise HVAC preventive Maintenance contracts

  • Respond to emergencies

  • Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken

  • Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems

  • Comply with all safety procedures and requirements

  • Maintain compliance to City, County, State ordinances and codes

  • Support any after-hours building needs and activities as required

  • Attend training sessions

  • Flexibility to work any shift in a multi-shift operation

  • Ability and passion to learn new production methodology process new information quickly

  • Strong sense of urgency required to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be a positive, enthusiastic, results-oriented individual

  • Initiative to work with minimal instruction or direction

  • Working experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and WMS

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of education and certification requirements

  • Reach Truck/Forklift Certification

VIEW JOBS 11/12/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-02-10T00:00 Overview Under general supervision, provides confidential administrative support and assistance to Facilities Department staff; composes, formats and word processes a variety of departmental specific correspondence and documents; carries out various special projects for the department; coordinates departmental schedules, travel, meetings and events; acts as a liaison for the department with internal and external customers; tracks department budgets; maintains and reconciles the purchasing and travel cards, assists with department projects; administers department programs. The Facilities Administrative Assistant II reports to the Facilities Manager and will furnish confidential broad-spectrum administrative support to the division Assistant Manager, Leads and Crew member. The Facilities Administrative Assistant II will also have limited administrative support responsibilities for the Automotive Division. Essential Duties Assists the division Manager and Assistant Manager with annual budget preparations, budget data inputs, preparing division requisitions and monitoring of the procurement purchase order process. Accepts, reviews and prepares supplier, vendor, consultant and contractor invoices and billings for approval and processing. Runs reports utilizing company accounting programs tracking division budget expenses, supplier, vendor and utility invoices and detailed summaries. Maintains and reconciles the division petty cash and purchasing card accounts. Participates in division meetings, creates agendas, coordinates meeting locations, documents attendees and discussions, retains meeting records and manages the Facilities Maintenance Conference room calendar. Assists division staff with company forms for reimbursements, travel, training, medical leaves, accident and incident reports, bulletin board postings. Serves as liaison between our division, internal and external customers, selected suppliers and vendors and the services they provide to Community Transit. Conducts and documents quality inspections of vendor services. Assists with the division and department annual Business Planning processes, Tri-annual Review and other government programs as required by our division. Participates and administers division special projects, programs, workshops, events and luncheons. Furnishes limited administrative support to the automotive division. performs other duties of similar nature or level as assigned. Requirements * Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant involving confidential information. * Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power-point). * Demonstrated skill at keyboarding at a minimum of 50 wpm. * Good driving record and the ability to obtain a valid Washington State Driver's License by the time of hire (necessary to operate Community Transit vehicles). An Associates degree in office administration may substitute for up to 2 years of the experience requirement. Preferred * Experience in any government, military or transit agency/organization * Accounting responsibilities and experience with enterprise programs and software. Qualifications to enter this position requires knowledge in: Microsoft Office Suite of products – intermediate level in outlook, word, excel and Power-point. Time Management and priority setting. Record and file management systems. Grammar, punctuation, spelling and speaking, reading and presenting in English. Business procedures; correspondence, minute taking, record management, handling confidential or privileged records. Principles of accounting and customer service. Qualifications to enter this position requires skill in: Dealing with sensitive issues with tact and professionalism. Oral and written communication in English. Accurate keyboarding at 50 wpm or more. Taking and transcribing meeting minutes. Work organization and time management Effective communications, customer service and interpersonal relations as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisors and the general public, etc. Micro Soft Office suite of products at intermediate level. Working with highly detailed and confidential data. Problem solving, good use of judgment and ability to act independently, professionally and in a calm manner. Working well independently and in teams. Adaptability to rapidly shifting priorities. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality. Learning new assignments quickly, meeting deadlines and successfully multi-tasking. Proficient Performance Requirements: Knowledge of Community Transit policies and procedures and Maintenance Department data base programs. Skill in Community Transit applications, budgeting and department software programs. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, repetitive motions. Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
