Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Facilities Supervisor that wants to help "Secure the Future".

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinates with third party vendors for maintenance, relocation, and design, as well as other services as needed

  • Coordinates day-to-day Facilities as a member of the Real Estate and Facilities Management team

  • Supervises Facilities staff of up to 4 personnel

  • Preparation of annual regulatory reports (e.g. energy) as required

  • Prepare and participate in annual corporate Facilities audit and provide support documentation for any other required corporate or third party audits (e.g. ISO 20k)

  • Maintain corporate facility standards in daily operations as well as project management

  • Respond to inquiries related to the operation of facilities and facility asset both regular and emerging

  • Works with maintenance personnel to develop/maintain equipment database and schedule for preventive maintenance planning to ensure compliance with Corporate Facilities requirements and reliable and consistent building operations

  • Responsible for monitoring and/or performing landscaping, office and janitorial work

  • Be proactive in inspecting buildings, sites and equipment for needed repair and maintenance work

  • Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout

  • Perform performance reviews of direct reports with the goal of developing and training subordinates to ensure appropriate qualifications, certifications, and training to perform their jobs in accordance with company policies and procedures

  • Communicate and work with various leaders of other departments/programs to set priorities and ensure proper planning takes place to meet mission critical contract requirements

  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management, Project Management, Commercial Interior Design or Facilities Management or related field preferred, and 3-5 years of experience

  • Experience in Facilities, Interior tenant construction, or other related industry preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Facilities coordination including budgeting for capital expenditures, project management and construction management

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Adobe

  • Proficiency in MS Project preferred

  • Ability to perform independent of direct supervision

  • Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail is required

  • Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency is required

  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple assignments simultaneously

  • Demonstrated written and verbal skills. Ability to professionally interact with all staff levels including Senior Leadership

  • Ability to interact effectively with third-party service providers

  • FMP, CFM (IFMA designation of Professional Facilities Manager) or FMA (BOMI equivalent of Professional Facilities Manager) preferred

  • Some after-hours work is required to manage on-site contractors

  • Some travel may be required as needed (less than 10%)

  • Ability to read blueprints and other technical documentation preferred

Qualifications Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field and five to seven years of related experience and supervisory experience. Degrees Equivalent Experience/Education
