Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to be responsible for managing the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring a safe and functional environment for employees and guests. This includes scheduling and supervising maintenance staff, overseeing projects, and coordinating with other departments.

- Schedule and assign work to maintenance staff to meet daily facility needs.
- Oversee and implement preventive maintenance programs according to established policies and procedures.
- Inspect and monitor the progress of maintenance tasks and building renovations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control checks on completed work.
- Order necessary equipment and materials for projects and repairs.
- Coordinate work schedules with other departments to minimize disruption.
- Respond promptly to on-call requests for emergency maintenance.
- Perform the same work assignments as subordinates when necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of supervisory experience in construction or maintenance.
- Knowledge of the use and care of tools, including corded and cordless power tools.
- Knowledge of electrical Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and Personal Protective Equipment usage.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in various environments, including exposure to external weather, smoke, bright lights, and loud noise.
- Ability to wear proper personal protective equipment and adhere to safety procedures.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel as needed.
